Your unique training sessions can be delivered in-person in the studio or at your home, depending on your preference. Nutritional coaching comes as an added bonus. We could meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly. 

£40 per hour session

5 session package for £190 (£38 per session)

10 session package for £350 (£35 per session)

Training with a friend adds fun and accountability. Plans are created according to your joint goals and abilities and are developed as you both progress. We would work in the studio, at your home or even outdoors (weather permitting) according to what works for you. We can meet as often as you like; weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

£45 per hour session (combined)

I offer bespoke online programmes tailored to you, to be delivered online, or simply emailed over for you to you to complete at your gym or choice in your own time.
