    I started one to one pt sessions with Jem in May 2023. My mission - to get fit for 50!Perimenopausal, overweight and struggling with joint pain, inflammation and lack of motivation, I wanted to get strong and be consistent with my health and fitness goals. Jem listened to what I wanted to achieve, and implemented a fitness plan that has been challenging but fun and we have worked together to make sure all the exercises were enjoyable and worked for me personally. I wouldn’t still be this consistent a year on without her encouragement and motivation. I have gone from someone who was embarrassed and awkward in the gym to understanding my body more, appreciating how much better exercise makes me feel, but most importantly, I now enjoy looking after myself. Having a PT has been perfect for me.
